I lived in Thailand for two years, and let me tell ya: it took me about 5 days to be able to tell the difference between a ladyboy (transexual or transvestite) and a real girl. Here's a couple of tips on spotting ladyboys for ya if you ever make it to that amazing country. Thai girls are usually pretty demure, even if they're prostitutes. So if you see a Thai girl struttin' down the street wearing revealing clothing and drawing attention to herself, it might be a ladyboy. Also, breast jobs are something to look out for generally, as well as an adam's apple. But the kicker is almost always the voice... they just have a manly quality that they can't shake. There were quite a few times where my mates and I would be guessing on a girl here and there, and as soon as you heard her voice you knew to walk away.
